Jon-Cody Sokoll leads Lockheed Martin’s AI Community of Practice. He helps build community, advocates for AI, and cultivates AI talent. Prior to his role at Lockheed Martin, Jon-Cody developed extensive experience in management consulting, teaching Machine Learning, and social science research. He earned his BA from Rhodes College in International Studies and Economics. His early career experiences with Python and economics research introduced him to data science and machine learning. Since, he has developed multiple enterprise AI/ML talent strategies, led data-driven consulting engagements, and taught over 1,200 hours of Machine Learning courses. His programmatic and collaborative approach has accelerated the growth of Lockheed Martin’s AI community.
